Parties and Acceptance

This Membership Agreement is entered into between BTWNBROS Operations LLC ("BTWNBROS", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, and the individual agreeing to these terms ("Member", "you", or "your"). By creating an account or accessing the BTWNBROS platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.

Membership Benefits and Services

BTWNBROS provides members with access to a private, verified social networking platform including the following features and services: member profile creation and management; private one-on-one messaging; community discovery and connection tools; the HO-FACTS peer accountability rating system; Burn After Read self-destructing messages; content sharing between verified members; advanced privacy controls including visibility settings and blocking tools; discreet billing with member-selected statement descriptors; and access to premium subscription tiers offering expanded features and enhanced platform capabilities. All members receive age verification processing, community safety protections, and dedicated support access through hello@btwnbros.com.

Member Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

As a condition of membership, each member agrees that all information encountered through the BTWNBROS platform regarding other members — including but not limited to their identity, membership status, profile content, messages, photographs, activity, and any other personally identifying information — is strictly confidential. Members agree not to disclose, share, publish, or otherwise communicate any such information to any third party, including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, family members, employers, or the general public, whether during or after their membership.

Members acknowledge that other members have a reasonable expectation of privacy and discretion, and that unauthorized disclosure of another member's identity or activity constitutes a material breach of this agreement, may cause serious harm to that member, and will result in immediate permanent termination of the disclosing member's account without refund.

BTWNBROS Operations LLC will not confirm or deny the membership status, identity, or activity of any member to any third party, including spouses, domestic partners, or family members, except as required by a valid and lawful court order, subpoena, or other legally binding legal process.

BTWNBROS Platform Confidentiality Commitment

BTWNBROS Operations LLC is committed to the privacy and discretion of every member. As part of this commitment, BTWNBROS agrees to the following:

BTWNBROS will never confirm, deny, or disclose the membership status, identity, profile content, activity, or any other personally identifying information of any member to any third party, including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, family members, employers, government agencies, or the general public, except under the following limited circumstances: (a) in response to a valid and lawful court order, subpoena, warrant, or other legally binding legal process; (b) when required to report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A; (c) when necessary to prevent imminent harm to a member or third party; or (d) with the express written consent of the member whose information is at issue.

BTWNBROS will not respond to informal requests for member information from spouses, domestic partners, private investigators, or any other third party acting outside of a formal legal process. Receipt of a valid legal process will be evaluated by BTWNBROS's legal counsel before any response is provided.

Subscriptions and Billing

Membership is offered on a subscription basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time through their account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and the member retains access until that date. Accounts terminated for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or the BTWNBROS platform shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding. Both parties waive any right to bring disputes in court or to participate in class action litigation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Termination

BTWNBROS reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Service. Members found to have violated the confidentiality obligations in Section 4 will be permanently banned without refund. Members may terminate their own membership at any time through account settings.

Entire Agreement

This Membership Agreement, together with the BTWNBROS Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Child Safety Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the member and BTWNBROS Operations LLC. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
