Policy

Zero Tolerance

BTWNBROS maintains an absolute, unconditional zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any form.

There are no exceptions to this policy. There are no circumstances under which CSAM is permitted on the Platform. There is no appeals process for CSAM-related account terminations. Any account found to be associated with CSAM shall be immediately and permanently terminated, the associated device permanently banned, and a mandatory CyberTip filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Eligibility Requirements

BTWNBROS is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. This requirement is enforced through multiple independent verification layers:

• Government-issued photo ID:All applicants shall submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
• Date of birth cross-reference:The date of birth on the submitted ID shall confirm the applicant is 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Human review:Every account shall be reviewed by a trained human reviewer before approval. No account is approved by algorithm alone.
• Permanent identity binding:Each verified identity is permanently bound to a single account. One government ID, one bro, one account. This binding cannot be circumvented or undone.

Self-attestation (clicking "I am 18 or older") serves as a first-layer notice only and is not a substitute for the verification procedures described above. Full verification occurs during account creation, not at the landing page level.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are absolutely prohibited. Violations shall result in immediate termination, device ban, and mandatory law enforcement reporting:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
• Sexual depictions of minors:Any sexualized content involving individuals under 18, regardless of format (photographic, illustrated, animated, written, or AI-generated).
• Grooming content:Communications or content designed to build trust with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Solicitation of minors:Any attempt to solicit, recruit, or otherwise engage with individuals under 18 for sexual purposes.
• AI-generated CSAM:Artificial intelligence-generated, digitally altered, or cartoon depictions of minors in sexual contexts are subject to the same zero-tolerance policy as photographic CSAM.

Automated Detection

BTWNBROS employs automated content scanning technology that shall review every image and video uploaded to the Platform before it is delivered to any recipient. This process operates on every upload, on every account, at all times. It cannot be disabled or bypassed by any user action.

Content matching known CSAM hash databases maintained by NCMEC and other trusted sources shall trigger automatic blocking, content preservation, and account flagging for immediate human review and mandatory reporting.

Mandatory Reporting

BTWNBROS complies fully with its obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of apparent CSAM on the Platform, BTWNBROS shall:

1. Immediately terminate the account associated with the violation.
2. Permanently ban the associated device from the Platform.
3. Preserve all relevant data, communications, and account information as required for law enforcement cooperation.
4. Submit a CyberTip to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at cybertipline.org as required by federal law.
5. Cooperate fully with any subsequent law enforcement investigation, including providing all preserved data in response to valid legal process.

BTWNBROS shall not notify the account holder of a mandatory CSAM report prior to or after submission.

Reporting Channels

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this Child Safety Policy, report it immediately through any of the following channels:

• In-app reporting:Use the report function available on every profile and message within the Platform.
• Email:safety@btwnbros.com, monitored 24/7 for safety reports.
• NCMEC CyberTipline:cybertipline.org or call 1-800-843-5678.
• FBI:tips.fbi.gov
• Local law enforcement:Contact your local police department for any immediate safety concerns.

Ongoing Commitment

BTWNBROS's commitment to child safety is not static. BTWNBROS shall:

• Continuously improve automated detection capabilities as technology evolves.
• Maintain human review for all account approvals.
• Update this policy as required by changes in law or best practices.
• Cooperate with industry safety initiatives and law enforcement partnerships.

There are no appeals for child safety violations. This commitment is absolute and shall not be negotiated, softened, or made subject to exception for any reason.
