Appeals
One appeal. One chance. Final decisions are binding. CSAM violations are excluded from this process entirely — no exceptions.
Who May File an Appeal
BTWNBROS members whose accounts have been terminated or whose content has been removed may file a content appeal, subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- The termination or removal must not be related to a Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) violation. CSAM violations are permanently ineligible for appeal.
- This must be your first appeal. Each account is entitled to one (1) appeal over its lifetime.
- The appeal must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the termination or removal notice.
- The appeal must be submitted via email to appeals@btwnbros.com from the email address associated with the account in question.
The Appeals Process
The BTWNBROS appeals process proceeds as follows:
- Submit your appeal — Email appeals@btwnbros.com with your account username, the date of termination or removal, a clear statement of the grounds for your appeal, and any relevant supporting information.
- Acknowledgment — BTWNBROS will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 business hours of receiving your appeal.
- Review — Your appeal will be reviewed by a member of our moderation team within 14 business days of acknowledgment. Complex cases may require additional time; we will notify you if this applies.
- Decision — You will receive our decision via email. The decision will include the outcome and a brief explanation of the reasoning.
The decision rendered is final and binding. BTWNBROS does not offer a second appeals process or reconsideration beyond the first appeal.
The One Appeal Rule
Each BTWNBROS account is entitled to exactly one (1) content appeal during its lifetime. This includes appeals of account terminations, content removals, feature restrictions, or any other moderation decision.
Once an appeal has been submitted and decided, no further appeals will be accepted or reviewed for that account, regardless of the outcome of prior appeals or subsequent events on the account.
CSAM Violations — Explicitly Excluded
Account terminations and device bans resulting from Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) violations are explicitly and permanently excluded from the appeals process. No appeal of a CSAM-related action will be reviewed, acknowledged, or considered under any circumstances whatsoever.
This exclusion is absolute. It applies regardless of the account holder's claims about the content, their stated intent, or any other factor. CSAM violations result in permanent termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting with no recourse.
